These options have been removed from the Display control panel in my version: Edition: Windows 10 Pro Version: 1709 OS Build: 16299.64 I used a font changer from WinTools.info and the font in Outlook's Folder list and toolbar were made large (about 14 point font) and now won't reduce back when the setting is reduced through that application. I don't intend to be an 'a-hole' but after struggling for about 3 months upgrading to Windows 10 Professional, Outlook 365, making all of the settings, & guessing about Outlook 365 ProPlus (I'm using a 64-bit high-end desktop), I'm about to change to Apple. Now after multiple sessions with Assure in the Philippines, paying a local tech to fix my computer (although I am an Assure customer), & unable to install/access Outlook email, I had some simple questions. Last night I called our local Windows store to get help. ![]() My question basically centered on installing Outlook 32-bit on my 64-bit computer: (1) I inadvertently called my local Microsoft store to gain what should be easy answers, (2) as a result of asking for local advice I found myself, without comment, suddenly connected to a so-called technician in the Philippines. This morning all 7 programs seemed to work ok; however, (3) when asking the computer store guy about which version should be installed, he had to consult with a supervisor for an answer. Following a 5-minute delay he came back & informed me that I would have to uninstall the 32-bit version & install the 64-bit version. So, this is my sad story. It's late at night now but I will try to do as instructed & hopefully everything will be ok.
